What was wrong with borrowed time?
I get that deep wound and borrowed time bleed out status was so similar they had to mirror each other, but why did we go in the direction of buffing borrowed time instead of buffing the legions power…1 -

I see a lot of agreement around this. Legion either needs standard movement speed to finish a chase or his power needs a coup de grace to down a victim.4 -

Bhvr gave us statistics on this before, and their numbers came to an 80% chance of a victim in your lobby running DS. sure that's not 100% but close enough to make your comparison shakey2
