Thats the time bonus for EVERY gen you do, if you are focused on gens you do multiple gens a match... And thats just for 1 perk slot... For 1 perk slot out of 16 survivor perk slots thats pretty stro…1 -

You should always team up on a gen when possible... The time you lose by splitting up and looking for another gen is nothing compared to the debuff. A gen that is fully completed can´t regress anymor…2
