It wouldn't surprise me if the game keeps track of the addons you specifically use the most, then adjusts their web spawn rate to force you to buy more webs to get them.2 -

PC players are a pain to play against, but with crossplay off all that seems to exist on xbox are red ranks... At rank 10 it just depends on whether I want to be able to contact them for some reason.1
