I'm consistently rank 1 and I still use whispers in most games. It's super strong if you learn how to use it well and extremely good in the early game.1 -

The small PP build goes both ways. Undying+Ruin+Tinker is much more small PP than any survivor perk combo. And I am a killer main saying this lol4 -
