I think medkits need a nerf but the main issue with CoH for me is that it's almost always a time save for everyone and makes healing not a limited resource. Once medkits are depleted, survivors …1 -

They can't nerf pyramid head's addons by numbers as each one of them is uniquely bad and so we all use a spectrum of them lol1 -
