yea when I was playing legion just for the challenge, no ones deep wounds were going down at all and I could tell cause they had them up for a minute. Which is completely stupid1 -

What's stupid is that they changed the mens thing due to nemesis. So basically they ruined an intended buff by not thinking through there perk ideas with each killer abilitys. Nice.1 -
