i mean, that would be a waste. they can keep a perk they already have and completely rework it instead of creating a whole new one. and i'd rather not have a perk like that. imagine if boil over…1 -

yes, but it's still so situational! the killer is bound to pick you up right as you get downed (unless, yk there are survivors around that can stun you) which gives you no time to use those perk…4 -

that's not my point. i'm saying that the perk needs to be reworked because its effects are so weak and they have no use at all.12
