I'm not assuming killers are spreading hooks. I'm saying that when we discuss perk strength + balance, then we should assume killers are spreading hooks for the purposes of that discussion.…3 -

For the record, I do not agree that the perk is too punishing "for spreading hooks". I think that last part is at best unnecessary/redundant phrasing, and at worst can form mindsets that ar…3 -
