I've waited many years to see hillbilly fun again, seeing the roadmap for the next months i was scared to see billy is set to get changes. why bhvr buffed him just to nerf him couple moths later…3 -

Billy was great after his rework, everybody have told you not to touch him. But you guys decided to nerf his cooldown movement speed which made him feel sluggish again. Absolutely terrible change3 -
