He needs an addon pass first and foremost. Cremated, DRF, Soma, DTR, even non-strat based addons like Nanomachine Gel and Nutri Slurry need heavily tuning or outright removal.-1 -

It technically never left, but I do agree the abandon feature is very poorly thought out to allow a killer to decide they've won if they can stall for 10 minutes.19 -
