Because of all the bugs that came with this DLC. Half of the time the perks/killer don't work whatsoever. Victor getting stuck in the ground the entire match, perks on both sides not even workin…6 -

I don't think they affect the pig or demos special attacks, since they aren't lunges. If that was the case then MAYBE I could see why they nerfed it, but otherwise I don't get it2
