Escape or EGC challenges are terrible in general, especially in solo queue where it's usually a 3v1 due to someone going AFK, DCing, or instasuiciding on the hook.2 -

Your best bet is to work on all the other survivor achievements first and hopefully along the way you'll naturally get the map-specific ones.4
