What about when you're the last person alive and got slugged and the killer refuses to pick you up? I also think the penalty only applies in the beginning of the match.1 -

If you just want to play the game, I don't see why you should have to wait 4 minutes on the ground doing nothing. Especially if you're playing with friends as you'll make them wait too.7
