The tentacle never touched them, thus they should not be hit. Why would the blue particles around the whip count for the hitbox?
-
In neither of those screenshots did the tentacle touch the survivors. Why do you feel entitled to the hit regardless of the obvious fact that you missed?
-
Yes it does. Killer is a whole lot easier currently because survivors are playing way worse from killer POV. If there was no desync they wouldn't take as many loops and would make less risky plays, and therefore would get hit way less. Now even the best survivors are way easier to get because they're used to playing…

such a hacker stop cheating
-
You do understand that as killer you're gonna have an easier time the higher your ping is? The reason you cant find the survivors after downing them is because on their screen they're far far away from you and your lag is the only reason you were able to hit them. Lag benefits killers, be it survivors' bad ping or killers'…

What the hell are you on? 3 gens popped in exactly 2 minutes.

We're talking hours now? Spirit requires little skill and is extremely unfun. -Me with 3k hours and over 5 people I know with 2,5-5k hours. Like many others have said, as a survivor you simply have to guess her next move. There's nothing more to it. Don't even try to start linking tru3ta1ent's videos, as they don't show…

I don't really think this is real, but remember how pig's power got leaked? It was a very very low quality screenshot that was hard to read, but it turned out to be true.
-
No, you're flat out wrong. Killers and EVEN survivors can walk onto it with no speed boosts. (for survivors it's extremely hard and inconsistent, but doable)
-
No you can still just walk onto it as killer.
-
Playing against spirit there are no mindgames. It's still just guessing since the nerf did almost nothing about the real problem.
-
Sounds like you just want to ruin other peoples day for no reason whatsoever. Really tells a lot about you as a person.
-
VAC is completely useless against private cheats, as it does not protect the game's memory. EAC is way better, but of course people will find holes in everything. That doesn't mean EAC is bad.
-
It's my most hated map as killer and as a survivor. Everytime I get hawkin's I just slug all 4 as soon as I can so I can just end the match. It's an incredibly boring map with an insane amount of unsafe pallets, you can practically win every match on it with no power.
-
DS - Because the survivors have no idea where the killer is right after he picked up a survivor. (At least I think you mean it would activate after getting picked up)
-
Spirit is pretty much "Press m2 to MInDgaME" and hopefully get a hit. It's low risk high reward.
-
Oh sorry my bad. I misread your post. In that case it could be ok, but maybe a bit too weak if survs only get highlighted over 40m away.
-
That would make the perk too powerful and a camper's best friend.
-
Alright, let's go KYF. I bet you I can juke your point-blank chainsaw more than 50% of the time.
-
Swf shouldn't be "nerfed" and neither should billy. Billy is the most balanced killer in the game.
-
And I assume you're aware good billies would prefer engravings anyway. They offer highly skillful gameplay as they allow curving and crossmaps. They also have plenty of counterplay, so I actually love engravings, but hate instasaw, coming from a billy & surv main.
-
It was never "instant", even with tinkerer. It was still "possible to juke". Doesn't change the fact that both the old and current instasaw are for billies who aren't good with their chainsaw.
-
I call instasaw double charge addons, because the charge time is ridiculously low. It's sort of possible to juke, but wayyy harder than normal, and way too inconsistent. Also, it's very very easy to use.
-
Billy does not need any nerfs other than instasaw. His chainsaw is not easy to use and very plausible to juke. His current chainsaw also allows very interesting gameplay such as curving loops.
-
Only because clown kills you every time you're against him lol
-
Nope. I claimed my last one about 40 mins after the post
-
Thanks a lot! I found and activated multiple codes!
-
No, the most fun billies are the ones who mostly use the chainsaw at loops and try to curve them. If you were to nerf billies movement speed while revving it would make mindgaming loops with the chainsaw nearly impossible. Billy's chainsaw can be juked close-range, even the most skilled billies can miss them if you play…
-
Nope! Me and lots of my friends think that billy is the most balanced killer and easily the most fun to play against. Also, what are these safe pallets you talk of in any new maps? Most badham pallets aren't too good, hawkin's pallets are really unsafe. Billy also has lot's of counterplay to shack and even jungle gyms, as…
-
A perk never has and never will be counterplay. And a good spirit can even use spine chill to her advantage, which to be fair is really difficult. Anyway you didn't answer my question. Just because she's following me doesn't allow me to know her pathing.
-
Stop pretending to know what's going on behind the scenes. You don't, and neither do I. Also, if you don't realize why spirit was and still will be a problem after the nerf then explain to me how do you know when she is phasing or where she is. And if you can't you're admitting that the only way to "counter" her is to…
-
@Micheal_Myers "If she was able to collide with another survivor then that's that survivor's fault for not being aware." How is that the survivors fault?? Tell me, how can you be aware of where she is? You still can't tell when she's phasing and you don't have a clue where she is so the core issue is still not fixed with…
-
And that would be true as well.
-
"Feature - Disconnection Penalties: Players who disconnect early from games will receive temporary matchmaking bans, with the duration escalating for repeat offenders."
-
But you don't even get a timeout if you leave at the end of the match.
-
How so? If the killer has already closed the hatch and is just standing on top of you for no reason IMO it would be a completely valid time to dc.
-
Even if it is intended, I feel like something should be done about it.
-
If you just want to play the game, I don't see why you should have to wait 4 minutes on the ground doing nothing. Especially if you're playing with friends as you'll make them wait too.
-
What about when you're the last person alive and got slugged and the killer refuses to pick you up? I also think the penalty only applies in the beginning of the match.
-
It takes lots of the skill out of the equation. I'd much rather play against engraving billy who is arguably stronger, but offers new kind of counterplay. And besides carborator tuning guide is and addon that makes pretty much everything better, making it fit for pretty much every addon combo.
-
The only thing that needs changing about hillbilly is carborator tuning guide and primer bulb. (and even that isn't incredibly gamebreaking) Other than instasaw billy is the most balanced killer in the game with loads of counterplay and counterplay to counterplay.
-
Spirit was never about mindgames. She still won't be.
-
I do not, but you need to stop acting like you do. I have never claimed I know the common opinion, but you do all the time.
-
This is honestly getting ridiculous. You guys are acting like everyone shares the opinion that might seem popular in the forums. Let me tell you something, the average player does NOT even read the forums. You have no conception of the true common opinion. I know this doesn't hold any value anyway, but I know dozens of…
-
I got all challenges in max 3 matches
-
Well I know plenty of spirits who look down on purpose. As for the grass, there's no point eve arguing this. Go in a KYF and try it for yourself. It does not move.
-
No, grass and corn do NOT move when she phases. This is such a common myth. And spirit can just look down when she starts phasing so she can't be blinded. And I bet you that you wouldn't be able to detect spirit starting to phase by her animations restarting more than maybe 50% of the time.
-
Her footsteps are negligible, because you can only hear them after she's too close to you and can already hit you. If you're talking about the whooshing sound well you don't hear that while in terror radius, making it useless in chase. And even when you do hear it, all you know is that she's coming, and then you have to…
