They do. You get points and it helps you win the game. Problem is this game breeds low quality players and then ranks them up to the highest bc, "excuses."2 -

You'd be shocked how little kindred helps with randos.... I use it a lot, I love kindred. But I have definitely been left to die for no acceptable reason. Too many survivors are just that clueless.4 -

We were getting r20 killers and r20 survs last night....Luckily we were a 3man. Matchmaking is completely broken rn I believe.1
