Why nerf the wraith
Dude why? Why am I seeing stuff about nerfing wraith from here all the way to Reddit and Facebook. The wraith is fine. I am also deep down a wraith main from the beginning, but I’m trying to say this without bias. I think he’s fine as is and not very very strong. Granted he is mostly able to get a free 1st hit, but after that you’re just a normal m1 guy. Being a mostly m1 killer makes him require more skill as to play more without a slightly over beneficial power. If you could nerf him while giving him buffs in other areas, what would you do?

I imagine this might be stemming from Tru3 playing as Wraith recently. Of course Tru3 usually wrecks house with most killers so I don't know. Wraith is far from OP.

The Facebook community was introduced to me by my friend. They’re just a bunch of middle age men and women, they are very logical and reasonable. I don’t see many of them ######### the entire time, so I find them respectable. I have Instagram for dbd news, vids, memes and the tiny 500ish followers I have.. a few of them have mentioned it before so it’s built my concern for old bing bong

Not to be disrespectful to them, but if they’re older players it’s entirely possible they struggle to make out Wraith’s outline as he approaches, and if any of them play on Switch there’s apparently a bug making him impossible to see sometimes. If it is eyesight, then I’m sorry but I can’t claim to have much sympathy since as a colorblind player the devs have been decisively uncaring that blood without bloodhound is useless for me on any outdoor map since beta. Vision issues don’t get any care from the devs heh.
Otherwise, it’s pretty objective he’s the weakest stealth killer since he’s the only one without an instadown (Pig isn’t true stealth imo) so I wouldn’t worry about what you see people saying too much.

i mean surely some of them have trouble with eyesight and maybe even hearing, but I don’t think it is a major cause to there arugment. The arguments are typically pretty consistent to what they are here but less spiteful.

I think the reason why he did so well thus thinking Wraith is good is because of lack of any healing perks in the games he played. Like his only real loss was against good loopers who all had healing perks. Coincidence ? I think not.

wraith has been the same for over a year. He was trash then and is trash now.... he's an addon dependent killer that when survivors learn what addons the wraith is running they butcher him.... the wraith is the ultimate meme of dead by daylight and will forever be known as the meme.... until the devs either A.) silent mr. bingbong or B.) make it map wide.

If a killer kills everyone in a match, some people think that killer should be nerfed.
If a survivor escapes in one match, some people think the perks he was using should be nerfed.
I think some people's point of view should be nerfed.

'Certain streamer' likes to express a lot of questionable viewpoints just to stir the pot and stand out.
I doubt the Devs have any plans to nerf Wraith, it's not Pig or Legion, after all.

From looking at the released stats all the killers are overperforming, even the weaker ones. I think DCs are tallied as kills. The started goal is to bring *down* the rate to two per game.

Cause of Tru3 streams. He's been doing quite well with wraith and ghost.
Thus more people are using those killers a bit efficiently.

I say NERF WRAITH for sure! He’s nearly 100% invisible man. No heartbeat. That’s messed up. First time I played as wraith I was thinking no way is this fair. I’m running up on people and they have no idea, not to mention they can’t even run away because killers are, in my opinion WAAAAY too fast. They shouldn’t be able to keep up with survivors AND be invisible AND have no heartbeat AND deal with so small of a stun duration from pallets or anything else. If I stun you as a survivor it should be for a lengthy amount of time. The maps are too small and there’s too much work to do as survivors. 5 gens is a lot of work on these small maps. I’m not crying or complaining because I’m a “survivor main” I’m just telling the truth. Friday 13th has a bigger map, 1 killer still and SEVEN survivors and MULTIPLE ways to get out. So WHAT happened here in this game? Nonsense. Killers are too OP.

killers are just up in your grill too damn fast. They need to be set back give survivors a head start or spawn off the map or something. I’ve spawned in so many times and the killers just right there next to me ready to slay my ass lol it’s like come on give me a chance to venture out. Then killers just tunnel the first player they see so it makes them back out one by one. You’re gonna tell me killers don’t need a nerf you’re crazy. It’s a common thing I see, knock down, hook, killer camps on hook, survivor backs out, down to 3, repeat. That’s not fun. I think people wanna actually play the game and have chances to defend themselves or hide and there’s just not enough in each map. Too easy to find survivors

How about Killers one shotting people? Insta knock on the ground. That’s not ridiculous? Can’t even run. It’s stupid. So many times I spawn in and I can’t even play the game. I think people spend more time loading new games than they do actually playing it. I’m telling you, map design has a lot to do with it. How are you gonna cram 4 people in a small space with 5 noisy generators that take a long time to repair and throw a killer in there and think that’s fair 😂 games need balance.
