Could we have different variants of legacy? Like different colours? That way the people that have actual legacy don't get ripped off.

    It's still legacy regardless of the colour, how about we just use the 100s of other cosmetics?

    Legacy already has two other variants; both the Prestige and Normal skins of the character.

    I mean, they have a point don't they? In the lead-up to Oni everybody was talking about giving legacy as well, because there was "No point giving these skins away with also giving away legacy". But the devs didn't, because they made a promise, one they want to keep. I don't see how telling people about this is bad?

    @Doddle28 And what about all those people who have lost their legacy for all this time? they just won't get them back?

    It would be good if we all had the legacy prestige, not exclusivity.

    everyone who currently has it might complain,maybe a reward for their devotion? It doesn't change the balance of the game, it doesn't affect the game at all, so why not? ;)

    Because the devs have said so. They made a promise to people, and they're gonna keep that promise, and if they break that promise then I'll come back and apologise but for right now I think they'd wanna keep what credibility they have. The convention skins were never promised to be exclusive- legacy *was*. That's the difference here.

    If they ever find a way to know who originally had legacy and who didn't, then they'll restore it. But like you said, "it doesn't change the balance of the game, doesn't affect the game at all", so why do you want it so much?

    Legacy should never come back. They should only give it back to players who lost it because of x reason.

    There could be a "exclusive" thing for Devotion like a charm or something tho.

    Legacy will not be coming back - we have the Hallowed Blight skins which are the closest thing to Legacy.

    This question gets asked and answered pretty much weekly on the forum, hence I am going to close this thread now.
