Will there be a way for me to transfer my console save data to PC?

I had the game on PC since it first came out, but when my PC broke, I switched to console for a while. I got a new computer recently, and I was wondering if I could switch my Characters(DLC), Levels, etc.\

I know this isn't in the game currently, but I was wondering if this will be implemented in the future?

    I don't think any of us can say whether or not this will be a feature in the future - Cross Play is not even confirmed so I would say until that is (if it ever is) , the save progress transfers wouldn't be either.
