Today someone tried to send me to springwood but we ended in the cornfields, so I think its disabled

I put up a green offering and didn't get it. There were no other map offerings.

If the maps are disabled, then did you just waste offerings? Or do you get them refunded (you should, in any case)?

Directly from the Patch Notes:
Fixed an issue that caused multiple unreachable totems and pick up spots in the Springwood maps. Shortly after the 3.5.0 update, the maps were removed from the rotation because of these unfair and exploiting issues. With this bug fix in 3.5.1, the maps have now been re-enabled.
So Springwood should be re-enabled, but it clearly is not.

Hey if you want to leave it disabled I am down for that.
I hate that map, and you get it over and over and over again in matchmaking because for some silly reason you put all the variants in as their own chance instead of a subchance of selection.

I'd rather cycle through 5 variations of springwood than the amount of Lery's I've been getting.

That will go away though, springwood is all the time, 24/7. This was the only break I've gotten from that map since they made that variation change.

I mean all the OG maps have quite a few alternates as well. At least 2-3 per.

It's re-enabled, offerings only increase your chance at getting a certain map, not guarantee it.

Yes, considerably increase the chance. I've been playing this game for over two years and never not got the map that I wanted when I used an offering. EVER, the only exception would be the case of two or more map offerings being used.

Yeah springwood has like 4 or 5 though. Luck wise, it's also all I get, I've played for hours some evenings and not had a single other map besides springwood. Also all the other OG maps are not as frustrating to play on as killer, except maybe the farm.

RNG is a ######### sometimes. When that stuff happens I just throw on map offerings to ensure at least one in a few games aren't the same map.

Haha I actually did that once after getting it 5 games in a row, and they took a springwood offering and put me back on it again and I was just like FFFFFFFFFF-
I wonder why it doesn't go like maps don't all have the same chance of being used, and then any variants are selected randomly AFTER the map has been chosen fairly.

Are you sure you are part of the DBD community? You are not supposed to agree with someone, you are supposed to start making passive aggressive comments, escalate, and then when I start doing the same- say you are not going to talk to someone who is being rude but then keep responding anyways.

NOW it's enabled since I brought attention to it. I have 3k+ hours in this game and have never failed a green offering if it was the ONLY map. Nice try though.

I mean, it uses a modifier value of like 9999 so technically there is a chance haha. It's just that chance is like... 0.0001% That would actually be amazing if that is what happened.
