de-pipping

can you bring back de-pipping for rank 15-20 please? It's way too easy to rank up now

I can see a couple reasons to keep it that way.
    1. New players are basically set in their own rank, where they're much more likely to go up against other new players and not someone who's played hundreds of hours and maybe hasn't played that side in a few months. If they still aren't ready, they probably won't be ranking up very fast anyway.
    2. Tightens up ranks a little. You don't have people spread across 20 ranks trying to make matches, just 15.
    3. People who intentionally de-pip for easier matches can't go all the way to 20 to pick on new players. Git gud.

I agree with your reasoning, I love the new feature that prevents people from deranking after they get to 15, I just don't agree with how easy it is to rank up without the depipping feature in ranks 16-20. I recognize I'm probably the only person who cares and my position isn't very strong anyway

The only reason they made this is to avoid people purposely de-pipping back to 20 to dominate new/bad players. Wich on its own only shows that the current system is terrible.

Apart from a one time achieved achievement theres absolutely no reason to rank up. Even streamers purposely dc like angry pug and morf. Morf even said its fine because of the amount of games he plays its only a small percentage but what he doesnt understand is that eventhough he plays more his dc games also affect more players..

Whats worse. Someone dcing 10 games out of 100 or someone 200 out of 2000 in the same time period. The guy dcing 10 games ruins 80 peoples games while the guy dcing 200 times ruins 1600 peoples games in the same timeframe. The argument about percentage should be invalid in my opinion.
