Does dc penality apply also on loading screen (at the start of the match) dc?
Since is not always caused by the connection but by the game literally crashing for no reason...?

Also would like to know if killing the game via task manager or pulling the plug will result in a penalty (while in game).

This, I can't say. The rank update error only happens after a match, not during it, so it should not count. If it does, however, that's an issue and we do have a kill switch in place in case of something like that. If the rank update error is triggering it (particularly if you have a clip of it), please let us know.

When you say that the rank update error only happens after a match is simply not true. I always get the rank update error as soon as I start up the game for the first time. It is then gone when I restart it, and it does not appear after that.
