Unique exit gate for each map?

It seems like devs are aiming toward it, we already had Lab and Saloon unique gates

    I want an exit gate made of flesh that tears away after you power the exit gate.

    Just an entity themed level where the floor is flesh and those corrupted pustula plants are everywhere.

    Like the entity just wasn't in the mood to create a level this time and just decided to put you on the dinnerplate directly.

    It's a nice touch, but it's not an absolute requirement. The Sanctum of Wrath didn't have a unique gate, for example.
