Step 1: Don't. Be a nice person and respect the fact that killers have feelings too.
Step 2: Throw them a "gg" after the game, for good measure.

If you want respect from the killer, you must treat the killer with respect.

You know what's better then bullying? Being the best of your team, survive, last a long time in chases but instead of tbagging at the exit, point at the killer, let him give him some love (AKA bloodpoints) and say gg wp; now this killer is going to be nice with other people, so one day everyone is going to make the game fun and nice
