does make your choice activate even if you are within the activation radius but have insidious activated or if you are playing as wraith but your invisible ?

In that instance it would work because you are the correct distance (which, to answer your other question, is 32 meters for Make Your Choice).
Being Undetectable or not has zero impact on whether Make Your Choice activates or not. If you are less than 32 meters from the hook, Make Your Choice will not activate, period.

Make Your Choice = you need at least 32m away from the hook, it's irrelevant if you're cloaked or insidious.

Make Your Choice and Devour Hope trigger off of the radius listed on the perk, not off of terror radius. So Insidious, Wraith, Ghostface, etc do not apply.

so what your saying is that my terror radius can't be zero but normal for the perk to activate ? so it works based on your terror radius but not ur actual radius around the killer ?

MYC can only activate if you, the killer, are 32m away from the hook, your TR does not affect it in any way

I think what he means is that the both those perks work off of their own personal radius system, not your own Terror Radius system. Perks like Make Your Choice for example have their own 32 meter radius that you need to be outside of for it to proc. Each perk that has their own radius system may have different ranges, they're not all the same.
So for example, you could have Nightshroud active on GhostFace (which reduces your Terror Radius to 0), but if you're within Make Your Choices 32 meter radius than the Exposes Status Effect will not be applied to the Survivor that's rescuing the hooked Survivor.
The same goes for Devour Hope, if you're not 24 meters away from the unhook why the hooked Survivor is being rescued, than a token will not be added to Devour Hope. If you're 24 or more meters away though, than Devour Hope tells you this by lighting up the Devour Hope perk icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen.

Devour Hope and Make Your Choice have a personal radius system, they do not work off of your current or default Terror Radius. Devour Hopes minimum range is 24 meters for a token to be added, while Make Your Choice has a minimum range of 32 meters. If you're within both these ranges, than both perks won't work apply their effects.
Your Terror Radius can be 32 or 0, it doesn't affect the default range these perks come with on their own.

ok I'll try to ask my question again . If I play wraith and I turn invisible but I am standing 3 meters away from hook and I have MYC perk , would it still activate since my terror radius is zero since I am invisible , and the same applies to insidious .

No it would not activate because you are less than 32 meters away from the hooked survivor.

No because it's a set distance, it has nothing to do with the killers terror radius.

MYC, Devour Hope, etc all follow their own radius system.
You could have a 0 meter Terror Radius or a 3000 meter Terror Radius, if you're still within the 32 meter radius that MYC has than it'll NOT apply the exposed effect on the "unhooker". So for example, if Devour Hope asked you to stay outside of a 24 meter radius from the hooked Survivor, than the token will not be given if you're cloaked INSIDE that radius... Since that radius does not work off of your own Terror Radius's range.
This was already answered, but I thought that small bit of info was worth noting. If you see a perk that mentions it's own radius system like BBQ, MYC, Devour Hope, I'm All Ears, etc... Than you work off of that descriptions radius, not your own Terror Radius.
