Offering Reveal Screen Shuts off Parts of my PC

Sometimes, when loading into a game on the offering reveal screen, my monitors (even the one without dbd on) will lose all input from the PC. It does not matter if I am killer or survivor, but it will just shut off completely. Audio still plays fine, but I have to restart the PC to get anything else to function (I have tried opening command prompt and using a shutdown command, but it doesn't seem to accept any input.) I am using a Radeon RX 590 Series, which was running at 65 degrees C at the time of shutoff, so it's not an overheat. I have used DDU to remove and update all drivers, and do not know what else to try. This problem only happens with DBD, only on that screen. DeadByDaylight.log is attatched.
