Legacy Prestige
I think it’s not just me who would like to have a legacy prestige, so I had an idea and I’d like to share. Well then. After giving prestige III to reach the legacy prestige it is necessary to leave the level of the player in the bloodweb in 99 so that you are entitled to the legacy prestige.

This is something that we've said time and time again, that Legacy will not be returning to the game.

We have similar now Hallowed Blight cosmetics are probably the closest.
Legacy was given out due to the size of the bloodwebs at the time, it took so much longer to prestige a character in those days, even the BP cap was 500k for a while from memory and there were no 100% BP offerings and lower BP gain in general.
Prestiging your character in those days took a lot more time & grind than it does now, which is why we made Legacy a one time thing.

do you think we could ever get legacy back for an already excisting alternative cosmetic for example insted of jakes green trail coat with legacy stuff on red wind breaker with legacy stuff on it?

No @GreenPufferFish as I said, Legacy is not coming back. The closest we have is Hallowed Blight and who knows there might be similar skins like the Hallowed Blight ones in the future, but they will not be Legacy.

and maybe you can get the new legacy which i recommended before by doing achivmnet ofr example for jake u have to get adept jake and another for example Handyman (fully complate 100 gens) becuase it would encorage people to do achivments

Your reward for doing an adept achievement is getting the achievement, it doesn't require a further reward. Please read what I said about Legacy not returning to the game.

MandyTalk since you are a mod on the forums a youtuber leaked a load of 4th annevesery stuff e.g things like lunar lanterns and some skins for legion and a skin for nea can you confirm that this is coming out (if u would like i can send you the video)

There already is something equivalent to the Legacy cosmetics in DbD, it's called the "Prestige Sets". Y'know, the bloody cosmetics that you earn from prestiging a character 1-3 times?
I doubt actual Legacy will ever be available to unlock again in DbD. Quite frankly, it SHOULDN'T come back out of respect for the players who earned them way back in the game's infancy.

An event item isn't even close.... They look similar yes but they are not the same at all. What people want are more goals to work toward when they play. A reason to keep playing a character past prestige 3 gives them an incentive whether that is a cosmetic or something else. Not a "rarity" bump that is insignificant.
Maybe because the answer is lacking and missing the point.

@saranghei no the answer isn't lacking and missing the point, the question was will there be another chance at getting Legacy Prestige again and I've answered and explained that no, there's no more Legacy as it was a one time thing that is not returning.
