Head on perk doesn’t work

The bought Jane Romero for the head on perk and it doesn’t work
i just walk out the locker and get absolutely done in
any help?

Are you leaving the locker quicky? Or just exiting the locker like normal. If not, hold the run button when you leave the locker for the stun to work.

You need to sprint out of the locker to make the perk activate - so holding down the Shift key on PC.
If you are doing this, then please can you provide some video evidence showing that the perk isn't working as it's not something that I've encountered and it's the main perk on my build.
