How do I get in contact with Behaviour for model resources/obtain said resources?

howdy!

this is a bit of a stretchy question and more directed towards mods or behaviour employees, but i'd like to create 3d animations and fan content for the dbd community and to be able to experiment with different models to help create concepts, or to simply teach myself new animation techniques within blender, maya, and eventually unreal engine (primarily blender first, since i grew up on it), and overall develop with personal learning experiences!

my problem is, i don't want to obtain resources without permission, nor do i want to use rips that require me to rebuild entire rigs to suit my needs. while i'm familiar with rigging, rigging is a bit of a frustrating process for me, and i'd rather get project files from the source to work with and to, obviously, obtain it legally.

for reference, all personal projects using said models will not be for monetary gain whatsoever. i have no interest in making money off of my work unless if i'm given permission to do so, and prioritize the experience more than anything. i really want to get into the realm of game animation and visual arts as a hobbyist first, then maybe a career in the future.

if anyone can answer my question or point me in the right direction, that'd really be fantastic! thank you!
