Why do developers spit on Russia ?! Is always!

Again the competition, and again Russia does not participate. Nothing new. Why is this so? It's just a harmless competition.

    Unfortunately whilst we would love to be able to offer the competition in every Country we legally have to abide by those Countries laws, so we are unable to do this, as a result some Countries are exempt from the competition.
