On a serious note i'm 100% sure it's a bug related to WGLF.Something certain needs to happen and then you get the 100% increase for actions like vaulting

Almost looks like they just sped up the parts of that clip where Meg vaults, causing her to appear as though she’s all Kung fu on those windows!

Sounds like that old Self-care bug, only in reverse. For reference, it was a bug where when you finished self-caring, the 50% speed debuff carried over to other actions, including vaults. It was quite hilarious.

you should be the one filing the reports not the mods here though it's great they do that for you, but honestly it's better for the one reporting it to file it and thus allow the dev team to talk directly to you if they have questions

It's actually not too bad as we're the ones that often take reports back to the team and we have all the relevant information so if anything else is required it will likely come via me anyway.

I know but i got accused of hacking so i wanted to give every proof i had that i didn't modify my files whatsoever so i spoke directly to a mod that is from my own country to not have any incomprehension and sent him all my logs.
And other than that this is not the average bug, this is a gamebreaking bug that if done intentionally would be pretty serious (because if someone is doing that willingly there's no way he's ever gonna get hit) so this way i am sure it will be taken into account immediately.

I agree on that, and had no issue with it being posted here but there was no other way to know that this post was not sent as a bug report. and as I said it's better to send the report then the devs can contact you directly by email saying hey do you have any more information. even if you post it to the bug report forum you get an email when they respond there for more information. That's all I was saying bringing it directly to the general discussion forum is generally not the best thing to do. I was not saying you didn't do anything more just that it is better when you have a direct line via the ticket/bug report forum if mroe information is needed. Combine it with all the controversy here on the general discussion it could have gotten lost but fortunately wasn't.
