Legion need help
Legion is the worst killer for many things like :
Cooldown too high
Power recharge too slow
Useless power
Power bad in loop
Power "cool" for chase
Power useless for saw other survivor because doctor make better
AND LEGION CANNOT DOWN !!!
Rework or buff legion's addons

I agree that Legion needs some minor buffs, but I don't think they're the worst killer by far and I do rather well with them. I'd like to see their fatigue time reduced to 2.5/3s but not really a great deal more than that. I find FF very easy to find other survivors with and do pretty well mind gaming chases, add on wise I tend to run the Julie's & Suzies mixtapes the most as those are the add ons that work best with my style of play.

I think he only really needs a cooldown after a frenzy to 2/2.5 seconds similar to what you suggest, I'd say he's okay other than that. Maybe a little tweak on his addons make them better, little cooldown on his fatigue, that's about it.

I think Legion got Gutted before he got a chance to have Counter Play & Strategy Formed.But even though they Gutted them i think they are B-Tier

I honestly think the Cooldown is fine.
Power Recharge is indeed too slow especially for how powerful it is.
Frenzy isn't useless though?
Frenzy is good if the Survivor you are after is healthy still. In that case I've sometimes ended up getting downs incredibly fast because Frenzy hit is nearly free and they messed up dealing with my fatigue time.
I don't know what you mean by cool for chase.
Frenzy is better at keeping track of Survivors. Doc's power is good for info, but it is one pulse of info every 60s while Legion can have 10s of info with a 20 second cooldown, though it does need you to stab someone.
True, Legion can't down, but I like that they have a 1v4 power that allows them to annoy and waste all the survivor's time.
Legion does have some stinkers of add ons though.
Edit: Honestly the 2 things I most want changed about Legion is that they stop losing their power bar when M1ing people or picking people up in Frenzy.

Personally just remove the loss of their power through dumb things like hitting an M1.

He was changed because his power had a lack of counter-play. Look up videos about Legion from 2 years ago and you'll see experienced Legion players would almost always moonwalk or manipulate chase mechanics to simultaneously chase and reduce the survivor's deep wound timers causing them to go down 100% of the time no matter how skilled the survivor. When the Legion wasn't doing this he was terrible because he had to chase as an M1 killer at 110% speed which is basically like chasing without hatchets as Huntress.

I wasn't around for Old Legion, but from what I heard Legion got nearly guaranteed downs. Between Frenzy's extra speed and vaulting, Survivors couldn't really ever do anything to get away or even delay going down. However, Legion's Frenzy got its downs quite slowly. So Legion probably wasn't going to win, but they were probably going to doom at least one person to a very slow, drawn out, guaranteed death.

I’d like to see some add on reworks/tweaks myself. The cool down and the refill could also be looked at as well. For example Blights cool down certain isn’t as long and he can down survivors much faster even after rushing or can continue rusting after a hit.
I know it’s a very delicate balance tho. Mainly right now I want their lunge fixed

Legion and the Deep Wounds mechanic had many issues.
1-At the time it wouldn't count down wouldn't start while in chase, so the Legion could follow your scratch marks and blood while facing backwards to avoid starting a chase and, no matter what you did, you would go down.
2-Frenzy attacks had no CD (kinda like mad grit), so dodging was not an option as they could attack again and again.
3-Also the first frenzy attack would apply Deep Wounds and the ones after would deplete the Deep Wounds bar further so they could down you in chase after multiple hits and Frank's Mix tape depleted even more so legion could put you from healthy to dying in 3 frenzy hits.
4-Did I mention hitting someone with deep wounds didn't cancel Frenzy?
5-Frenzy attacks did count as basic attacks and interacted with related perks.
6-Legion could see the progress of your Deep Wounds and plan around it.
So basically, He would frenzy hit you and either moonwalk until you're dead or Frenzy hit you multiple times while fast faulting pallets and windows.

I'm going to repeat the same thing I say whenever this subject pop up.
Remove the Feral Frenzy bar depletion on basic attacks, normalize Legion's Deep Wound to 20 seconds like every other DW source and rework Frank's Mixtape and Stab Wounds Study to be usefull.

well legion currently it's pretty buggy......... first they need to fix it....ain't not gonna give any detail....the main problem is the lunge while in feral frenzy..anyway.... legion just need small QoL changes and some of his addons to be reworked only to be honest

After playing Legion for a small time, he feels not only boring to play but almost useless. I'll just list my problems:
- Hitting someone with Feral Frenzy feels like it's only useful for information.
- The fatigue duration feels way too punishing.
- The duration of Feral Frenzy feels too short.
- The Feral Frenzy recovery speed is too long.
- His power feels almost useless in loops.
I feel like buffing even some of these could make him a lot better than he is. In my opinion, I want him to be reworked. His power feels underwhelming and unimpactful. A buff could help this but I feel he'd still feel like an underwhelming killer.

I've suggested this a few times and have yet to hear a coherent argument against it. Most people rage and say "But then I lose all my progress on getting good with X killer." Regardless, I've solved all of these issues. Just switch legion's and the twins powers. Victor is a harasser type deep wound demon (no more clinging to suvivors just pounce, clawing animation, then hop off. Charlotte cleans up his mess.Thr twins being based around deep wound makes more sense. Legion then becomes 3 separate bodies (Susie, Frank, and Joey or Julie) you can swap control between the 3. Their only ability being the swap just M1 killer but with multiple bodies. Addons could modify effects after switching like hemorrhage, exhaust, supressed TR for X seconds, and so on. Use the feral frenzy stun as the animation for swapping bodies. The others just stand idle (body blocking or strategically placed). This is such and easy fix for both killers to make them more fun to play. Giving Victor deep wound (but not downing) makes him make sense, I mean he literally lives within a deep wound inside Charlotte's body. No more stealing him, just use him to keep up wounding pressure, while Charlotte is the mortal threat. Legion on the other hand makes more sense too as now you'd be controlling a LEGION of Teenagers. Also the body block plays or chasing a survivor towards another legion member and swaping before they notice for a nice jumpscare? Could you imagine? Just a thought, or we could keep complaining about how Legion is just a less lethal blight, billy or Victor, speed around type killer.

Legion's performance is average. It's right in the middle of all the Killers at all ranks including among the very best players.
This guy's a Legion main; I'm pretty sure checking his YouTube content and Twitch channel can help you learn better how to play Legion. :)

If a player has reached a skill cap in a certain killer and has a show of highlights does not make a killer any better, only shows the strong sides.
Edit: i looked at the past streams and he was only playing surv so i guess here goes "our" legion main.

I think the reason people constantly complain about Legion is that there are several things making him very unpleasant to play, both as and against.
As survivor, his power is as interactive as watching paint dry. You're getting hit, and then hold M1 for 12 seconds, not even getting skillchecks. It's boring and uninteractive, made worse by the lack of agency due to a generous timer. Once you're injured, he's just a generic killer with no fun gimmicks/power to play around.
As Legion, he's not nearly fast enough to catch up to people running in a straight line despite a surprisingly lenient 10 second duration (compared to Spirit's 5 or Bubba's 6-ish). He also eats a MASSIVE 4 sec cooldown, no matter how well he plays, meaning there is a severe lack of reward for good plays despite having a power with no lethality. Finally, his add-ons are terrible. Detection isn't that great since you can't capitalize on the information, Frank's Mixtape is literally a meme (I assume its purpose is to punish greeding the mend timer but Legion cannot see the mend timer, making these types of plays infeasible) as is Stab Wounds Study, and his cooldown add-ons are pathetically weak despite their rather high rarity especially compared to duration (widely regarded as his best family of add-ons).

I've suggested this idea before, but as a Legion main, what would you think of fatigue being reduced by 0.5 secs for every successful Frenzy stab to a max of 2 secs (assuming the cooldown add-ons are reworked to compensate)?

the only buffs i'd give Legion would be to make the two brown add ons that reduce power recovery speed and increase the duration basekit and maybe reduce the stun to 3 seconds.
they really arent that bad imo.

Be that as it may, Legion isn't fun to play as or against. He's incredibly annoying and his design isn't healthy.
His kit is incredibly punishing for no good reason and he obliterates new and inexperienced Survivors.
His add-ons are also broken/useless. I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone use Killer Instinct add-ons, Frank's Mixtape is broken and Stab Wound Study is useless.
Legion eats a longer stun than Nurse, despite his power being far inferior. He also loses half his power for M1'ing a Survivor.
Any Survivors that play against him expect a long drawn out mending simulator. I've had people DC because they'd rather wait for the penalty than play against Legion.
From a statistical perspective, Legion might be fine, but from a community and fun perspective, he needs work.

God it's irritating when any discussion of legion's many anti-fun mechanics for those playing as or against them is countered with kill rate stats. Honestly I'd take a nerf in return for not essentially eating a DS every time I use my often-useless power.

The stun coming out of Feral Frenzy is ridiculous. Reduce that and give him some QoL and he'll be in a good spot.

Yeah; but you understand his winning is "Fragile" right?
As in, if you spawn on like shelter woods, and everyone spawns separately you pretty much lose (at least) 2 gens JUST because of that. Simply because of what the map is and where you spawned, that's it, you now have your chances of winning drastically reduced.

This is Legion's power. It's the illusion of speed. It was proven that if they're using FF they are moving just barely faster than their base speed. On top of their speed deception, you're basically fighting with their "power" the whole time you're using them. You get stunned when you miss while using FF and you have to wait till it charges back up again It's not as if the Huntress gets stunned when she misses with their hatchets. Nor do they lose hatchets when they m1 attack. It's such a mess of a killer. I'm part of the problem. I purchase every one of their skins. With my money, I'm giving my approval, when really I shouldn't.

Using FF they're moving at 5.2m/s - base speed is 4.6m/s, so they do move quite a bit faster than base.

"Quite a bit faster" is strong wording here if you ask me.
A .6 increase is equal to a little more than 13%. I'd say this is closer to "barely" as the previous poster stated. Especially for a power with so many drawbacks.

Uh no. It's really not that much faster. Especially when stacked against, oh I don't know, Blight and Spirit and Wraith and Oni and Billy. a 13% increase is nothing. Especially when you take into account Legion's "power" is run "fast" and stab.

Legion is definitely noticeably faster. The issue is that it's not much faster. He can easily get one stab in, but when it comes to chaining stabs, there's a problem; once you're spotted, survivors will quickly scatter and can easily outrun Legion just going in a straight line until Frenzy runs out.
It's telling that Legion's best add-ons are duration. It's those 1-2.5 extra seconds that make all the difference because his base speed is just too slow despite lasting a pretty long time compared to other killers' powers. Adjusting Legion's speed to be even slightly faster such as 5.4m would go a long way to make things much better for Legion without being too absurd for survivors that it's impossible to escape.

I just think legion mostly need quality of life changes, because most of them when he got his big first rework were totally about making him weaker and less annoying but now they are just a pain, why does the power bar reduce on regular hits? this can go, the fatigue duration should be 3 seconds fix and the add-ons changed, frank's mixtape and stab wound study remained unchanged and so fit his old basekit which nobody use anymore.
He simply need speed add-ons, 3 seconds flat fatigue, change the fatigue and frank's/stab wound add-ons and remove the power bar depletion on regular hit.
There was once a post that peanuts said he'd send to the devs team to make sure they'll see it, these changes were the best i've ever seen and I dream of them becoming a reality
