Disconnection Ban

Hello,

I have really horrible internet in my building. I keep getting disconnect. My penalty is now at 24hrs. I was wondering if this will eventually go down if I stop playing for awhile? I really love this game but I always get disconnect. This is the best it can get in my apartment.

    There is a decay rate to the timeouts, but I would definitely advise trying to sort out your internet issues to avoid further timeouts.
