Allow last on hook to attempt escapes?

If your last teammate is getting chased to an exit and they have to leave you should still be able to attempt to escape. The killer might not be near the hook when your teammate leaves. This would buff Deliverance a bit too.

    If you are not the last person in the game, then you do get a chance to struggle if it's your first hook...the issue is the killer can't be chasing someone out and hooking you at the same time....so usually, the killer has chased someone out whilst you are slugged, then hooked you - then there's no chance of escape.

    With deliverance though if the gates right there why couldnt ya just hop off with ds and deadhard out or crawl out while the killer just sits there and watches? (I know the answer but i wouldn't be surprised if this was a possibility)
