Pallets look fuzzy?

All pallets look "fuzzy" to me in-game, like the texture is vibrating slightly. I noticed this in all of my recent survivor games, and it's present against all killers. Are others seeing this as well? Has this been discussed already?

Yep,noticed that one already myself.
That has been a thing since 4.5.0
