Listen, as told my other 2/3 posts, I’m still working on the damn ‘Heroic Cause’ tome challenge and decided to buy and level up Zarina for the hopeful chance of being able to ‘For the People’ it and just finish it. Normally Empathy is like the 1st teachable perk that shows up for like every character, here I am at level 30 and it still hasn’t shown up for her. Damn this entity and it’s bloodweb for trolling me!
