Repressed alliance + blast mine
I didn't get a chance to actively use it (because I only played 1 game with them and didn't feel like locking the gen just to try it)
but if the text on screen didn't try to deceive me, blast mine takes priority.
meaning, you could see a killer coming to pop the gen, mine it, and use repressed alliance while the are stunned from the kick.
this seems like a fun combo.

I actually did that against a Blight with Pop. Gen was like 90% done, so I Blast Mine it, let him kick it and then I Repressed Alliance on it and he didn't get to use his Pop. Felt good since it was the final gen.

I wondered how this would work, both of you get an upvote for your efforts!

Can confirm, how it worked for @CakeDuty is the way it's supposed to work. I've not used both together yet, will have a go at that on the weekend.

Blast mine takes priority but if you want to use repressed alliance because of ruin just get off and on the gen since you need to work on the gen for 3 seconds to activate blast mine

Killer gets stunned before success kicking? I thought they success kicking then stunned.

They need to kick once more to use the perk like Pop. Stun comes first.

Nope they have to kick again after. Big time waster.

No they have to kick the gen again after being stunned
