Chase Music Cheat
There was a cheat used in my last game where the chase music was removed from the killer. There were no perks or reasons why this would have been the case. I wanted to mention it so people were aware. Also, on Switch I cannot look up player IDs at the end. If this is possible, would someone please let me know how. If not, I hope devs can look at making this available for Switch players as we now have to deal with people using cheats in our games.

I don't think that's a cheat, I think that's a bug. I've encountered it before where a Demo had no chase music or terror radius, and twice I've seen a Huntress without her lullaby. But on some of those occasions, it was a console player, so they couldn't have been running scripts.

What killer was it, on PC I've had a couple Billy's that were like that, no stealth add-ons but no TR while chainsawing and no chase music half the match.

If people can play survivor looking like Bubba or make their flashlight beams look like a purple lightsaber or dress lockers up to look like they belong in a rave party then you can bet your butt that there are people removing chase music on their and end or anything else that would give them an advantage.. good luck stealthing as Ghostface if someone modded their game to makes killers glow brighter than the sun or something..

I should say that if the issue was on your end (not hearing chase music) it’s possible it was just bugged in thag particular case. Like how sometimes Leatherface or Billy’s chainsaw has no sound even though they aren’t running addons. Also maps like Midwich sudden has audio cut but I don’t know why

First, it's just a bug. Second, have a lovely taste of what DbD used to be, with fair chases and an inability to hold so much W.

It is possible it was a bug, but I don't think I was the only one experiencing it. 2 other survivors disconnected from the game and the killer seemed to hit them out of nowhere.

If you suspect someone of cheating please report in-game and then send your additional evidence to Support, in this case, video evidence would be required.
