why dont the huntress hatchets work with it? Also, giving something else for survivors to do is a lot more fun. They don’t just sit on gens and try to exit as fast as humanly possible. I like this event.

Haunted ground applies the exposed status effect to all survivors. The exposed effect only makes your normal attacks deal "double" damage (instant dying state). It does not apply to killer powers. The huntress' hatchets do not count as a normal attack.
