Applying to Behaviour Interactive
I'm currently majoring in Game Design & Animation at OU, since I have the goal of working at BHVR some day! If I wanted to work in, say, the balance department, what would the pre-requisites be? (experience, degrees, etc.) Also, how would I apply there? I checked their official website and I could not find anything on game balance. Thank you!

Game Balance is not a department so you would not find that specific job title on our job section of the website. The people that currently work at balancing the game are our Game Designers.

Ah, okay. Thank you. Currently, the only game design roles are Event Game Designer, Lead Designer, and Senior Game Designer for mobile. That’s a shame, but oh well.

They're not easy roles to get, a lot of people start in other departments before moving to game design, things like QA for example.

A few people I know started in QA and moved to different departments so I definitely think it's a great starting place and obviously as well QA is also a great career - I'm fascinated by the processes involved with it all.
