Legion doesn't get movement speed in their Frenzy
As stated above. Just load up a game and play as a Legion. Try to measure the time to cover the path from point A to point B both in and out of Frenzy, it will be the same across the board

From what I've seen and experienced (Legion main here), he does get the movement speed increase in Frenzy however, the FOV is off (known bug) and that gives the illusion that he's slower.

ok yeah you're right, I've made a few measurements again trying to be more precise now and with more reference points. Speed is definetely increased, i guess it's really just FOV that's off and gives the illusion. Huh. Case closed, new case - FOV

It's how I had to wean myself off my addiction to Shadowborn - it took me a long time to get used to feeling slower without it, when in reality you're not slower just the FOV change makes it feel that way.
The bug on the FOV is acknowledged, so I'll go ahead and close this.
