I still cant understand what changed/is going to change in moris.

Originally you could use them the moment you downed a survivor, no restrictions.
Then it turned into needing to hook them once each.
Now it's only available after you've hooked a survivor twice.

Noo...
Im talking about the new mori changes... like this month or next month update.
They said they were making a huge change.

We've not released any further information about that.

Hopefully something rewarding? As it is now, playing any killer that uses info from hook perks like BBQ makes me never want to mori, as I'd lose that info. The trade off of seeing a nice little animation isn't worth it on most cases

I heard they’re gonna make it so killers have to earn their mori so yeah like a reward.

You can instantly tunnel someone out if they’ve already been hooked twice without the fear of DS.

That's not what I was talking about though lol. I'm saying that if I'm using BBQ, or Pop, I don't ever want to mori because I'd be losing the info from BBQ and not being able to activate pop. The survivor side is irrelevant in what my argument is. There's no real incentive for me to mori anyone, and doing so is actually a detriment

They just said that in the future they want to make keys and mories part of baseline gameplay. We don't know how exactly.

Now you have to hook survivors 3 times before you can mori them (and it instantly completes a gen).

I'm hoping they dont change too much, I just enjoyed the stress relief component of Ebony Moris. Onis was the most cathartic on a stressful day

To be fair, it's an offering, not a perk. Gaining that much benefit from an offering that cannot be countered would be a bit much. Right now, it's essentially a fancy 3rd hook, which is fine by all means. It can still bypass DS, making it quite usefull if you need someone dead.

Personally Ibdont have too much faith in anything positive to be made.......enough survivors have complained about Moris being a "toxic" playstyle or a way for killers to bully them......I can see them making it so you have to get a full 12 hooks while dancing on one toe and all gens being done the EGC is going on before you can Mori anyone.

Can't you un-tighten those lips just once?
Pretty please?
(couldn't resist)

I laughed and I'm a survivor main.

Oh yeah and that's fine, I don't really want moris to be game changing like they used to be. Id just like if maybe you could mori, and have it still trigger things like BBQ or Pop. Otherwise it's a cool animation that I'll never see because it disrupts my gameplay.

I mean you already have to earn it....the person has to be on death hook to even use the current form so whats the point? By the time you get to mori them they were already going to die in the first place.

Hopefully they're gonna release new mori animations for killers, unfortunately knowing BHVR they'll be like 15 dollars in the store

You can avoid decisive strike and being flashlight saves / bodyblocking. So not completely useless but close. They're almost just for fun because they're not even a time saving ploy.

ok that made me laugh lol!
But sadly no, I cannot share any details yet.

Yeah i’m confused about it too. But we just gotta wait for it I guess.

I dont know...
Because it is BHVR... not EA.

I notice recently that hooks spawn is really bad. So at least Mori will save you a hook.
I had entire School area in Badham with basement hooks and a single hoo outside
Or an entire wing area in Storehouse map with 1 hook.
