[PC] Wraith not being burned by flashlight while invisible
First of all, I am not sure if this has been reported yet. I'm sorry if it has been.
The bug: Today I encountered a Wraith on Midwich who I could not burn. He had no Lightborn (Shadowborn though) and as far as I know no addons remove the burn mechanic.
I used the anniversary flashlight, so I knew because of the funny sound it makes when blinding the Killer, that I got the blind while he was invisible, but he was not stunned nor forced out of invisibility, like normal (I also could not hear any angry noises he usually does then). Instead he was still cloaked and chasing me.
Reproduce: Sadly I don't know. I only know he used BBQ, PGTW, Shadowborn, (i don't remember the last perk) and double Swift Hunt (yellow/green)

I was using the Anniversary Flashlight with green battery and Intense Halogene.
I tested it in KYF. Here are the results:
- Perks and Addons like in the match: No burn
- No Shadowborn: No burn
- No Shadowborn, no Addons on Wraith: No burn
- No perks/Addons, but Firecracker: normal burn
- No flashlight addons: no burn
- Yellow flahlight, no addons: no burn
With all configurations it was possible to do the cloaked pallet stun.

None of those showed a bug. A blind happens before the burn and if you notice the Meg didn't continue trying to get the burn - to flashlight burn a Wraith it takes longer than it does to get a blind. I just tested this in KYF and got the burn every time.

Was it always that way? I remember trying to burn a Wraith multiple times before but rarely got it to work since it takes more time like you said. But I have never noticed that the flashlight blind happens before.

yes it's always been like that. I think it's something like 1s to get the blind and 2s to get the burn (if you're not aiming at the head, then it's just 2s to get the burn as of course you won't get the blind that way)
