how do you get the left 4 dead shirts if you're using epic games to play dbd?

I play dbd with epic games and I wanna get the Left 4 Dead shirts (called Infected if you don't know what I'm talking about.) And idk how to get them since I'm using epic games.

  These are not on Epic Games Store, they're on the Steam platform only.
