Can I be banned if a cheater made looks like other survivors were cheating instead of him?

Yesterday I was playing with my girlfriend. I am on Xbox and she is on Stadia. We ended up in a match where strange things happened to both of us and to a third survivor.

The first hit I received from the killer gave me infinite sprint. As soon as I realised this I stop moving and the speed got reset, but the killer already gave up on chasing, thinking I was speed hacking probably. Soon after the third survivor got chased normally and got hooked. He kobed first attempt with a super fast animation and he standed still for a moment, probably confused. After that I i saw my girfriend star a chase and soon after the started running against a wall, the killer tried to hit her but he couldn't. Then she teleported. I was watching her screen and she was running on her screen like normal. So I decided to let the killer kill me to leave this match, I got hooked and after the first failed attempt of kobe, the death animation started, no other attemps, no second stage, no skillchecks. Same thing happened to my girlfriend.

All of this happended only when we were close to the 4th survivor, which spend all the time following other survivors instead doing gens or other.

As soon as I tried to spectate this guy, the game crashed.

Both me and my girfriend plays on platform where cheating is not possible, should we be worried to be banned if the killer reported us?

Unortunatley I have no evidence since my xbox is programmed to record only the last 15 seconds when I press the share button.

    Inifinite speed has been a bug in the past and the teleporting thing sometimes just happens even in games were nobody appears to be cheating so you don't have to worry.

    However, if you are in a game where you suspect someone is cheating, I'm sure nobody would judge you too harshly if you DCd.

    BHVR is capable of telling the difference. They have people specifically for reviewing cheaters, who are well-aware of what kinds of shenanigans they can pull off.
