Killers slowing down?

Is it just me or did the killers get slower? I’m Iridescent 3 and have been playing all day so the groups ranks have been all over the place. I’m going against bronze and silvers and loosing drastically. It’s hard to catch up to them and when hit they literally fly across the map. What happened?

Do higher ranks make your character slower? I’ve played with different killers and literally the same result. Playing for a totally of 8 hours and I haven’t had a full team sacrificed maybe two at max.

Killer speeds have not changed, there are some killers that are slightly slower than others usually due to their powers. But certainly nothing about reaching higher Grades will make a difference to your killer speeds (also feel the need to say that Grades shown have nothing to do with the players you are matched against).

Different killers have different movement speed, but it is invariably.

It may be that you are just versing better survivors that know how to move around the map/assets/loops.

lower skilled survivors (like myself) often run around headless, taking curves around edges way too loose or getting stuck on the tiniest protrusions etc and thus the killer has it easier to catch up. Also experienced survivors often have the killer and his movement better in view and can predict how they will move and act accordingly to widen the gap between themselves and the killer.

Subtle hackers, you face them a lot in high mmr, they're not something you see in low to mid mmr unless they're bad, it only takes an average survivor with hacks to not be sheety in game.

i still get annoyed a lot of times cause they can run end to end in Mother's dwelling from just a single hit and you won't catch them until 5 minutes after.
