We have temporarily disabled Firecrackers and the Flashbang Perk due to a bug which could cause the Killer's game to crash. These will be re-enabled in an upcoming patch when the issue is resolved.
Is this a bug?

So Demo's (and ST in general) perks are now general perks,right? Well,why do they not count as general perks for the purposes of achievements like Tools Of The Trade / Power Moves

I believe those perks do count for the achievement as long as you don't own Demo.

So if you own Demo them not counting is intentional behavior?
