When will the patch release on consoles?

Since I've still got a ton of progress on my PS4, I still play it often since DbD doesn't handle very well on my PC. Was wondering when the new chapter was getting released on PlayStation and Xbox.

    I'm sure hoping it's sometime this week, they released the the past few updates on par with the PC, but this one won't be too much of a surprise for it's delay since it's got way more content. My best bet is that they're setting up the stores on consoles.

    It’s the certification process that is taking so long and the reason pc got it first is because steam doesn’t need a certification for the update but console does it can take up to two weeks depending on how Microsoft and sony handle it which sucks

    As soon as possible, but there is no set date yet. I believe it's being certified now, but I could be wrong, don't quote me on that.

    That's a pretty fair explanation. Hoping pretty soon it will be out.

    That is 1-2 weeks IF they don’t fail it

    I doubt 1-2 weeks. A few days sounds more like it.

    I believe a dev mentioned it was sent to certification 3-4 days before PC release. Also... GET QOUTED
