So supposedly people who are playing the PTB are also getting their live accounts set back to 0.
Check out your live account just in case it is happening, imagine if it is true and you get all your stuff removed.
Might as well be safe.
Just in case, I saw this on Otz's stream, people were saying but it could be just looking for attention on his stream.

I've not seen a single report about this affecting Live users...even tested it. So if you have proof of this, please let me know as a matter of urgency

my concern here, is that it's not actually true - and I do not want to start a panic on loss of progress.

I get that it is scary that it could happen, I can't confirm since I haven't checked my account which I doubt was in trouble because of how the PTB works but remember that it also happened before when people lost legacy so I guess it is nice to warn just in case.
Some people could've said that they lost stuff on Otz's stream just to get his attention (like always)

I was affected by the progress reset error on the PTB and have just switched back to live to check.
I am perfectly fine on live, my progress is as I left it before trying out the PTB.

Nothing was lost on my end from what I can tell, my skins, devotion, shards, cells, everything seems to be the same according to the video I had a few days ago

Same, I was affected on the PTB, I went to bed when it went down, came back to my pc just to download and check live version, nothing was lost for me.

Due to this being false, I've closed this thread and removed the warning - starting players to panic without there being an issue is not going to end well.
