Is it possible to get ban for no-reason report?

Dude just said and reported me because im "cheater", and his argument was that i saw auras of survivors that was healing. I dont know what he didnt liked because he the one who escaped, so i wanna ask. Is it possible that i will get ban for no reason report?

    Don’t worry, reports need to have evidence attached to them in form of clips otherwise no action will be taken!

    snd the people looking at the reports know very well how the game actually works.

    No action will be taken without evidence, there's a lot of people that report for no reason or for lack of game knowledge, which is why evidence is required.
