DeadHard Deep wound Bug
Survivors are using Dead Hard against me even when they have Deep wounds.
Is this some undocumented change or is it a bug?
I suppose they could have been cheating but that is unlikely.
- I hit survivors and they are in deep wounds
- They are still able to use Dead Hard
- This happens every game survivors are using Dead Hard.

They can USE it during deep wound, but it won't give them a free hit

Do you mean they tank the hit even when they're in deep wound? Because that would be a bug.
But if you just see the animation, that's normal. They don't regain endurance. It's always worked like that.

Do you have a video showing that Dead Hard worked to take another hit?
I've seen survivors have the animation whilst in Deep Wound but they've been unable to avoid the hit, if the hit connected they have gone down whether they dead harded at the correct time or not.

Correcting my previous statement. I read up on endurance effects and it clearly states the endurance/deep wounds interaction should not protect a survivor from going down. That said, I have had the 4th hit survivor deadhard the 5th hit from Legion without mending. I will see if I can get evidence of this later.

I only start a recording when I think people are cheating (bans on record) or I see them cheating.
In both games I saw a survivor use DH with Deep wounds and take another hit to go down.

That sounds like it's working as intended, they had Deep Wound, they used DH - you saw the animation, they went down with the hit because they get no Endurance as they were already in Deep Wound?

Deep wounds is supopsed to prevent DH's endurance effect correct? In both instances after the patch players who were in a deep wound state managed to use DH to absorb another hit without going down.

Do you have video on this? As I've not seen this happen at all, and my own tests show that DH doesn't absorb the hit.

See above statement : I only record games vs suspected cheater (vac bans on record/low hours playing against me) or someone I have visibly ovserved cheating

This. I do this all the time and and am sure many killers think I am cheating with Mom + DH.

Then it was either a bug, or more likely a hack.

For a point of reference the first two games I played had the people using DH in a way I have never seen.
The third game had someone sliding across the floor faster then they could run but ran into a wall at one point so I was able to grab them. I made a video after that chase but I think they turned off the cheats and never turned them back on after that chase.
